Shows one way to acquire bulletproof Patriots (without failing any missions) in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Below is a description of the method shown. Once you have passed enough story-based missions there will come a point in the game where Cesar will routinely call your cell phone to alert you that "The cash is leaving Los Santos again." These calls indicate that a Patriot (Humvee look-alike) is about to leave Los Santos, loaded with crates of cash. This Patriot's chassis is bulletproof, fireproof and explosion-proof. Inside it are a driver and three gunners. When that driver is inside, the Patriot's doors are locked. Two times per week, game time, a Patriot like this will spontaneously appear in the turn-around circle in front of CJ's mom's house (the first Safe House in the game). Here is one way to take this vehicle as your own: 1) Get a tow truck, and park it inside the garage at CJ's mom's house. Make sure that this truck is the only vehicle in that garage. You can find tow trucks in various places. One is usually parked in the southwest quadrant of the map, in a small industrial site located just east of Chiliad mountain on the map's west edge. 2) Learn the routine for the appearance of the Patriot, and save your game, inside CJ's mom's house, at least 7 hours game-time before the next Patriot is due to appear.
